Website analytics

On the PDF Diff page, we measure clicks to each store and downloads of the public sample. Our store-click events contain the platform and link placement; sample events identify the public sample. These events do not contain documents you compare in the desktop app. Google signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled in the website’s Analytics configuration.

Hosting and fonts

This website is hosted on Microsoft Azure Static Web Apps. Its fonts are served from the same site, not from Google Fonts. Requests to the host include the technical information needed to serve a web page or font, such as your IP address and browser request information. Its services may keep operational or security logs.

Store and other external links

Links to Microsoft Store and the Mac App Store include campaign identifiers so Palm Hill can review aggregate referral and acquisition reports. The campaign identifies this website, not an individual visitor. Once you follow a store link, the store’s privacy policy applies. The same principle applies to other external services linked from this website.

Email and support

If you email Palm Hill, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information to respond to your request. This is separate from the PDF Diff app, which does not send us your documents.
