Palm Hill LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the PalmConnect AI Agent System, a platform that enables businesses to deploy AI-powered assistants that communicate with users via phone and SMS messaging.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when users interact with PalmConnect AI agents or services provided by Palm Hill LLC.

Chat411 voice paths

Local path. Chat411 uses a local conversation model. Media can be encrypted. PSTN is not required: internal extensions, intercom, on-net SIP, and other closed voice networks can keep conversation audio on infrastructure the deploying organization controls. This path does not require a cloud model provider or a public-network hop.

Cloud realtime path. Caller audio streams to a cloud realtime voice provider, xAI by default. The deploying organization chooses this path where that data transfer is acceptable. Call control stays on its Asterisk or FreePBX system in both paths.

PalmConnect Phone is a separate desktop SIP softphone. Its RNNoise noise reduction runs on the device; that does not describe Chat411’s local or cloud realtime conversation path. Review healthcare and confidential deployments with your compliance team before go-live.

Information We May Collect

Depending on how the PalmConnect platform is used, we may collect limited information necessary to operate the communication service.

• Providing explicit opt-in consent through a web form, service registration, or direct interaction.

Standard SMS disclosures apply:

• Message and data rates may apply
• Users can reply STOP to opt out at any time
• Users can reply HELP for assistance

Palm Hill LLC does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

However, we may share limited information with service providers strictly necessary to operate the platform, including:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Messaging carriers and telecommunications providers
• Cloud realtime voice providers when the deploying organization selects Chat411’s cloud realtime path
• Infrastructure and platform service providers

These providers may process data only to deliver the requested services and are contractually obligated to protect user information.
