Palm Hill LLC (“Palm Hill AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides Audio Search, a desktop application for local text-to-audio and audio-to-audio search. This Privacy Policy explains how the application handles information.

Information we do not collect

The Audio Search application is designed so that Palm Hill AI does not collect, store, or have access to:

  • Your audio files or their contents
  • Embeddings, indexes, or search results generated on your device
  • Personal identification information from within the app workflow
  • Library paths or collection names beyond what remains on your machine

How the application works

  • Indexing and search run locally using on-device models and local storage
  • Audio is not uploaded to Palm Hill AI as part of normal operation
  • Optional GPU acceleration, when used, still runs on your hardware
