NoPilot — Your deployment, your boundary

Privacy Summary: NoPilot is designed to be hosted by you—locally or in a private cloud you control. Palm Hill AI does not receive your documents or prompts from a self-hosted deployment unless you explicitly engage us for managed support under a separate agreement.

Introduction

Palm Hill LLC (“Palm Hill AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides NoPilot, an enterprise AI assistant platform intended for customer-hosted deployment. This policy explains how privacy works for the product.

Self-hosted deployments

When you host NoPilot in your environment:

  • Your organization controls identity, access, and data stores
  • Prompts, documents, and assistant outputs remain within your deployment boundary by design
  • Palm Hill AI does not collect those contents from your instance as part of normal product operation

Website & inquiry data

If you contact us via our website or scheduling tools, we receive the information you submit (such as name, email, and meeting details) to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell that information.

Enterprise auth

NoPilot is built to integrate with enterprise authentication systems you configure. Authentication data is handled according to your identity provider and deployment settings.
