Make AI useful to your business. Own what we build.

Palm Hill helps small and midsize businesses find a valuable use for AI, test it on real work, and put it into production.

We start with your people, your workflows, and your ambitions. You get a clear recommendation, evidence to guide the investment, and a system your team can run—with software under your control and hardware you can maintain.

Start with the work you want to improve.

Customer situations and opportunities to explore
Customer situationOpportunity to explore
Staff repeatedly read and retype information from documentsExtract useful information into reviewable records
Answers are scattered across files and systemsHelp staff find answers with supporting sources
Calls go unanswered or require repetitive routingExplore call coverage and handoff on existing phone systems
Staff move information between disconnected applicationsConnect selected steps, with approvals where needed

These are discovery starting points, not guaranteed savings.

You don’t need to know which model or product you need. That’s part of our work.

One practical opportunity. One bigger possibility.

Discovery starts with a conversation about how your business works—and where you want it to go.

A Palm Hill recommendation, put to the test.

We work with your team to identify a practical opportunity for AI. Then we make a recommendation: what we think should be done, why it could create value, and what success would look like.

We test the key assumptions with representative data or a focused proof of concept. You see what worked, what didn’t, and what that means for the investment.

A moonshot, chosen together.

We also agree on one more ambitious idea. It might come from your team or ours. We research its feasibility, investigate the obstacles, and explain what it would take to move forward.

Answers you can act on.

You receive our findings, test results, moonshot assessment, and recommended next steps. Where the evidence supports a build, we provide the scope, architecture, hardware specification, acceptance criteria, and fixed quote.

If an idea needs more research—or doesn’t justify the investment—we’ll tell you. The completed discovery work is yours to keep.

The first conversation is free. Discovery is a paid engagement.

  2. Build and validateImplementation tested on customer data against agreed criteria

Most consulting engagements for one workflow run $12K–$28K. Hardware and model usage are separate. The total becomes fixed at plan approval for the agreed scope.

Most engagements take about six weeks, subject to scope and readiness. Each proposal confirms the start date.

Your system. Right down to the screws.

Ownership includes the machine running your AI.

When hardware is needed, we specify standard, commercially available components. Buy it yourself from our specification, or have us supply it as a separate line item.

If a fan fails or a drive needs replacing, your IT team can buy a compatible part and fit it. A screwdriver, a credit card, and ordinary IT know-how should be enough to handle routine repairs.

You receive the documentation and configuration needed to maintain the system, and the client-specific code covered by your engagement. You choose who supports it and when to upgrade.

No ongoing Palm Hill software license fees. No requirement to buy replacement parts from us.

See what we’ve built.

Bring a bottleneck. Bring a big idea.

Tell us what takes too much time, what your team wishes worked better, and what you’d try if you knew it was possible.

We’ll talk through where Palm Hill could help and whether a discovery engagement makes sense.
